Computer Repair and Maintenance - hardware repair and software trouble-shoot. |

Customer Service -Technical support, After sales support, Sales assistance. |

Minimum Job Qualifications: |
• |
2 years experience in Computer Industry or similar field |
• |
Familiarity with computer hardware, installation of operating systems, drivers and applications |
• |
Familiarity with Network Setup, configuration, trouble-shooting and cabling |
• |
Deep knowledge of Virus, Spyware, root kit, and other malware |
• |
Understanding of how computer works |
• |
Strategic mind and creative problem-solving skills |
• |
Excellent written and verbal communication skills |
• |
A passion for Computer Technology |
• |
Willing to work overtime and work on holiday |

| Preferable Job Qualifications: |

4+ years experience in Computer Industry or similar field |
• |
Excellent communication skills and ability to understand business requirements |

Team spirit and ability to aggressively execute independently |

Deep knowledge of operating systems, applications, TCP/IP, ports and security |
• |
Deep knowledge of Server installation and configuration such as Windows NT server, 2k advance server, 2003 server, Linux server |
• |
Know how to handle and communicate with subordinates. |
